Food is what makes our events so fabulous! Here is more information about being a food vendor at
Winter Wonderland 2018!

Food trucks and food vendors will be outside right next to a giant food tent that's heated for people. If you don't have a truck you could be under the tent or set up a tent outside as well. Food vendor rental space fee for one weekend of Winter Wonderland is $400. It is half off the second weekend if you do both!

More Food Vendor Information:

We are looking for a variety of different food & drinks at the farm and are trying to stay away from duplicate vendors. So even though you have amazing food, we may be full in the category you food falls under. 

Water is available for use at the farm. Electricity is also available. A 220 V outlet is $100, a 110 V outlet is $50. You need at least 50 ft of cord and the correct plug configuration. 

You must be open for business during the entirety of the event. During ALL business hours. If you are closing early or opening late - you will be asked to pack up and leave. Loud generators are not allowed.

In order to participate in Winter Wonderland you are required as a food vendor to obtain a Douglas County Temporary Food Permit. The permit is approximately $72 and once you are approved as a Winter Wonderland vendor we will send you the form and the process will be completed through Winter Wonderland. This license must be acquired 2 weeks prior to the event or they will not allow you to participate. 

Photos are required as a part of the application process. Please send 3-5 photos of  your food and past event set ups (or displays made specifically for this application) representing your brand and the food or drink you would like to sell.
