This event is juried and our indoor space is limited to 50-70 vendors.

Booth Rental Pricing: The list below gives you a general idea of booth sizes and pricing. See site map at the bottom of this page for more info on booth sizes with coordinating letters. Indoor booths only! Vendors participating in both weekends will receive half off of their booth fees for the second weekend.

A: 12 x 12 Booth- $360
B: 12 x 16 Booth- $480
C: 10 X 16 Booth- $400

TWO SIDED:
(two points of entry for customers)

D: 10 X 10 Booth- $350
E: 10 X 16 Booth - $480

THREE SIDED END CAP:
(three points of entry for customers)

F: 8 x 8 Booth- $350
G: 10 X 16 Booth- $600
H: 10 X 20 Booth- $750
I:  10 X 10 Booth- $450

Photos are required as a part of the application process. Please send 3-5 photos of past displays (or displays made specifically for this application) representing your style and what you would like to sell. Display style is very important when reviewing applications. Displays should look well thought out, as if for a darling little shop or boutique. (If you need to create a display to take images for this application, small display vignettes will work great!).

Please email them labeled with your name and business name the same day you submit your application to events@sycamorefarmsne.com.

You will hear back from us in approximately one week about the status of your application.

Electricity *
Electricity is not included in your booth fee. It is $50 for 110volt and comes at first come, first served- but not guaranteed. Are you interested in having power?
If you live in Nebraska you are required to have a Nebraska tax id # to participate in Winter Wonderland. If you reside outside the state of Nebraska you do not need to obtain a Nebraska tax id #. You will use the form for out of state vendors provided by Sycamore Farms and the Nebraska Department of Revenue.

New market items are new wholesale buy and sell purchased products. All items need to be handmade by you or your team or vintage, antique or repurposed.
We will have a village of festive trees. If you're interested in helping decorate one we will get you more info!
